there should be both Web-mail and existing system with some different
functionality.
like,
1. give an option to user to send the request by mail or by open erp.
2. the pop-up (properly that user has to note) should be there at client side
at the time of receive request.
3. instead of checking from client for new request comes,
there should be done from server side .
like at the time of creating the request it should immediately send to the
user if he/she is currently connected and at the time of log in the request
sent to the client.
this way the effective system will be developed also it will not create
unnecessary traffic on internet. also user will get request and response
quickly .
