Hi, Finally, got mailgate and send email to work on V5.0.1 and very happy with it. I want to get all emails sent to support (section) and Module CRM (case) to be eaten and set to status to Draft. We are using a rule to alert the sender of the email when we Press Open or Close. Currently, email is going out on receiving of the email and we would want to check the content before responding.
