I tried both buttons without luck. Both "Attachment" and "Create Case" don't seems to trigger anything. I don't get an extra pop-up in thunderbird and on OpenERP side nothing is added.
Creation of partner and address works fin from thunderbird so there is surely a working link between both apps.
