Thank you for your feedback.

But even if it is a little little little deployment... you need having it under
control. And you need applying a methodology...

First --> Presales. I wanna know who are my prospect customers and the state
the future project is. Sometimes, comercial team can not send and offer because
consultancy don't finish the proposal stimation (if it's needed)... This is a
little example.

Second --> Beggining (pre-deployment). Even if the companie is not so big and
even if there is no customized developments to do, you need a project planning.
You need having an start-up deadline data. You need to assign resources....
Even if it is only one resource you need to assign to the project.

Teaching and supporting start-up --> It's the same. If a consultant goes to a
customer, I want to know what are they doing there. I wanna them to go with a
time table and I wanna have registered diffenrences on tasks during the day
with that time table, because otherway i don't know how the project is going
on. Even in a ten days deployment project I wanna know it.

So... the difference is not having a big project or a little project, or having
customized developments or not... I only wanna have ALL my projects under
control. This could seem that increments costs very much, but it's not like
that, and if you have got your projects documented like this, you avoid a lot
of time and after launching problems.

I don't know if I explain better now. Sorry because of my poor english!!!
