It's very hard to tell. A same 10 line description can easily cost 1x to 5x depending on the details. At European costs, that would definitely not be less than 10 000 $ (and probably much higher). Now at Indan costs, may it's doable. The thing is that from what I know nearly all Indian integrators are actually working for foreign companies which pay the bill better for them, welcome to the globalization...
