It mostly depends on how you resell Open ERP. Most technical resellers have an 
approach "tell us what you need and we will do it". It allows the customer to 
have a very good solution that perfectly fits his need, but will cost a lot as 
you will have to develop on demand. With this approach, it's difficult to 
integrate bellow 50 days. Custom developments and analysis are usually for 
companies having more than 25 users.

We also did some integrations where we resell Open ERP as it, without any 
developments. When doing this, we are usually bellow 15 days of integration (a 
few for training, a few for data import). The solution fits only 90% of the 
customer need but it's cheaper. I think this is the way to go for companies 
having less than 25 users. They usually do not have the budget for specific 
developments.
