I've never been able to get anywhere with the direct marketing module as there is no documentation for it. From appearances, it just looks like a direct marketing *planning* tool rather than a direct marketing tool in itself.
And the one thing I could never work out was how to assign a campaign to more than one partner (Dealer). If anyone can shed some light on how this module works or what it does (or even just a glossary of terms), I'm sure this module may be of some use to somebody.
