Hi, I've circumvented base_iban already, using the __mro__ solution. If you can't take a hill, walk around it ;-)
Nevertheless, I'm interested in your extensions. Perhaps I've missed a few you already have... Primarily I'm integrating the IBAN and local BBAN scheme's. Once one is provided, the other is automagically generated. When enough info can be gathered, the corresponding bank is matched or created as well, using the free online SWIFT database for detailed info. Right now I only have access to a Dutch BBAN/IBAN-BIC converter and I'm looking for free online sources for the other SEPA countries.
