Hi, By BBAN you mean old standard? At least for Latvia you do not need to develop/connect converter, as of several years we are able to use only IBAN account numbering scheme for local transactions... I suppose this is true for many other European countries as well. I will check our functionality too and write it down if there is something different, still not implemented in base_iban.
