I have the same problem. I uninstalled the module and all of its dependencies to restart the wizard. ( the above of marking the wizard not done did not work, since also at the start the wizard never asked me about anything related to docuements ). After reinstalling the module alone the wizard for it came. I changed the ip to the network accessible ip and restarted everything. Still it is listening to 127.0.0.1.
Then I edited the database as above only to find that it did have the value i wanted not 127. All my efforts to make this work have failed.
