You will need to run the wizard again for setting up calendar's.

Go to Administration --> Configuration --> Configuration Wizards --> 
Configuration Wizard Steps

You will see an editable view listing the wizards.

Go to the row for the Create Calendars for CRM Case Section. Double click on 
the State field. This should activate a drop down menu. Change the State from 
Done to Not Started. Hit Save.

Logout and then Login Again.

Go to Administration --> Configuration --> Configuration Wizards --> 
Configuration Wizard

The Wizard should rerun at this point enabling you to check the appropriate 
boxes for the calendar's you want.

You can follow this same process to rerun any of the wizards in the list.
