Fabien, Even when OpenERP its a great product it's CRM features and maturity lags behind SugarCRM.
I've seen many threads asking for SugarCRM vs OpenERP CRM differences and none of those thread were answered. I wonder if you could shed some light about your CRM vision for the product and Why you decided NOT to go for SugarCRM (via plug-in, connecter, etc). Its the CRM a central piece for OpenERP or its just a 'we do have that too'.
