I've seen a similar error-message ("You can not read this document!") when the
user misses some roles/groups. ( -> no privileges to some needed objects )
Try with admin (that should work), check the sourcecode (I guess there should
be a hint which roles/groups are taken into account ) or try-and-error to find
the missing one(s).
