Hi folks, A relatively small portion of my client's business is Field Services - repairs at customer homes. I've browsed the modules and didn't see anything that specifically addresses this type of business, though I may be missing something. It does look like all the bits and pieces may be there (CRM, POS) but I'd need to do a bit of work to bring them together.
The basic requirement is to be able to schedule and assign service calls and invoice on time and materials, possibly billing at the door. So... has anyone used Open ERP for this purpose or could anyone provide any pointers/thoughts on what bits and pieces (modules) would best fit?
