hehe, same question/requirements here. a) planning of the tours: multiple customer requests in queue, build day-tours ( one north, one south, .. ) for multiple "field-technicans".
b) In addition, here most repairs are done in name of different companys. So, we repair for customer1 in name of company1 (company1 will pay us for that), tomorrrow same customer different case for company2, then a case where he has to pay it himself.
