Thanks Kaspars, It might be dangerous to execute a policy where we shut down user access while somebody is logged in and processing transactions or running routines as generating invoices.
I thought there could be some activity table or log where it would show current users logged in (active sessions), may it be in OpenERP or Postgresql.
