I completely agree with Sharoon Thomas. Of course, I have not read the contract, but IMHO investors tend to sell their shares during good times and hard times. So... here comes the quiz - who will buy the shares of OpenERP SA, when Sofinnova Partners will want to get back their investments?
The other thing that makes me alert, is arguable statements that market during summer happens to be more active. I see completely opposite view, no activity f.e. on forum which is direct indicator of any other activity. Google and Alexa reports absolutely the same with overall hits. So where is the stated activity, I just see unfounded marketing statements. Why?
