-you have to understand the security on internet before you expose your erp to 
internet.
If you do and you accept it, then you can do as proposed by komsas, provided 
you put in place attack detection tools and can react automatically to any 
intrusion attempt. To do this, forward appropriate ports on your front-end 
firewall to your shop server.

-if you are not familiar with security, then, either you give up and ask some 
to do it for you, or you try to put something simple and safe in place. In this 
later case, you can use ssh tunnelling safely. Only you will enter your shop 
network from the outside.
