Probably you have to swap the second and the third argument of
AMSend.send(AM_BROADCAST_ADDR, &packet, sizeof(RadioSenseMsg)
like this:
*AMSend.send(AM_BROADCAST_ADDR, sizeof(RadioSenseMsg),&packet);*
