Thanks Alvaro, Now I get errors when running the defineTOSEnvironment.m . Despite insertedjavaclasspath('c:/cygwin/opt/tinyos-1.x/tools/java'); into the file it returns Name is nonexistent or not a directory in all addpath commands as well as undefined function or variable "defineComm".
