Actually, the Boomerang implementation was completely rewritten from scratch, and interfaces with Sensornet Protocol (SP), which is only provided by Boomerang.
TinyOS 1.x, Boomerang, and TinyOS 2.x all work on telos nodes. Boomerang only supports the Motiv variant of the telos revision B, the TMote. TinyOS 1.x and 2.x support the telos rev. B and telos rev A.
