Crossbow (??) should have information concerning MoteWorks and compatibility.
This list is primary centered around the [official] TinyOS releases from UCB (which runs just fine under windows using cygwin and various gnu/linux systems.) It is not realistic to edit (TinyOS?) binary files beyond simple symbol configuration. It is expected the source for TinyOS and PC-host applications is available if they are to be altered.
