Hi, I am printing (using printf) a character in the mote and trying to read it in Matlab using "scanstr" or "fscanf". Prior to using the TinyOS, i worked a bit with Contiki and back then, i was able to read the data from the mote (i was just printing the same data), but somehow i cannot do the same now.
I get the timeout whenever i try to read the value. I was looking into the "mote2pc' communication tutorial but it seemed a bit complicated. I would prefer my own approach. Can any body help me with this problem? Regards, Altamash Ahmed
