I've checked the RSSI readings; the mysterious packets have a value of
-52. When I am communicating between my motes, they loose almost every
packet when the RSSI is -48. Further, the CRC check fails on the
mysterious packets. This tells me, that the packets might originate from
something else than a compliant 802.15.4 radio. However, the question
still stands: What could generate these packets?
