We have three Mica2dots which do not work anymore. Two of them are not even discoverable (uisp cannot detect them) and usip supplies the following error:
An error has occurred during the AVR initialization. * Target status: Vendor Code = 0xff, Part Family = 0xff, Part Number = 0xff Probably the wiring is incorrect or target might be `damaged'. make: *** [program] Error 2 One doesn't seem to be in the reset state: Probably the AVR MCU is not in the RESET state. Check it out and run me again. make: *** [program] Error 2 AVRStudio 4 will not detect either one of those motes (testet with a JTAG Ice) Note that I use the serial programming board mib510 and NOT the parallel port board. Is there any way to detect why these motes do not respond or do I have to send them in? How could one revive those motes? Christian
