Note that nesdoc ('make docs') gives you the wiring graph.

Note that there are cheap (~30$, e.g., from olimex.com) jtag-ice
replacements which follow the MkI protocol. These will work with gdb,
though I haven't personally checked that they work with motes
(somebody told me that they did - any other reports?)
