1. Support platforms(micaz/telosb) using 802.15.4 radio.
2. Support telosb hardware: Word alignment and 1B padding funtion.
3. Support continous measurement of link quality based on beacons
instead of one-time measurement using link-probing messages.
4. Support reliable hop-by-hop recovery based on MAC-level ack facility
instead of user-level ack messages.
5. Provide GPSR_ForwaderM TX queue being able to store upto 7 messages.
6. Provide various CLDP versions: Full_CLDP, Planar_CLDP, and MW_CLDP.
7. Reduce the size of LLC frame header from 4B to 2B.
