usefulness vs.historical place

Hi again,

I am somewhat more persuaded that Harlow retains some utility (relate this to Field's work on infants and touch, for example) when compared with Kohlberg. Freud was wrong about many things, but there are a few things worth teaching there.

Perhaps Kohlberg retains some utility as an example of the progression of reasoning skills. It has virtually no utility in terms of predicting whether or not people will do the right thing.
