Title: Positions in Psychology

Winston-Salem State University welcomes applications for two positions in psychology

Position #1 The successful candidate for this tenure-track position will teach four courses per semester to day and evening students, develop and teach distance-learning courses, perform advisement duties, engage in scholarly research and/or grant writing activities, and perform other regular departmental and university duties. Courses to be taught include General Psychology, Psychology of Adolescence, Counseling Psychology, Abnormal Behavior, Developmental Psychology, Research Methods in Psychology, and other psychology courses in the curriculum. Qualifications include a Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited institution. Prior teaching experience in a culturally diverse liberal arts college, and demonstrated potential for research and scholarly publication and grantsmanship.
