    One of those reads

"I asked how she [Annie Jacobsen] felt about suspicions that her story had
been a hoax. She hadn't heard of these suspicions and instead has been
hearing overwhelming corroboration of her experience in thousands of
e-mails, many from pilots and flight attendants reporting similar incidents.

She has been shocked that "for whatever reason, the story didn't develop" in
the mainstream media".

Are we to believe that this kind of incident has happened thousands of
times? Or at least hundreds of times (if we assume that many of the emails
were from people sharing flights)? That hundreds of times groups of
obviously Arabic people shuffled back and forth to the lavatory in groups,
emptying the contents of mysterious bags there, and giving each other the
thumbs-up sign when they return?

This sounds more like a good explanation for the "Why don't people see
UFOs anymore?" question than it does for homeland security issues.
