The University of Louisiana at Monroe announces a tenure track Assistant Professor position in Psychology to begin August of 2005. The successful candidate will hold teaching, research, and program development responsibilities in a psychology department offering masters and specialist degrees that emphasize applied Psychometrics, General Experimental and School Psychology orientations. Candidate qualifications include: earned doctorate in Psychology and interest in and evidence of scholarly productivity. Areas of specialization may include but are not limited to Health Psychology, Developmental Psychology and Research Methods. Previous college teaching experience is a plus. In addition to teaching, a major responsibility will be the supervision of graduate thesis projects.  Women and minority candidates are encouraged to apply.
