Okay, fine.  Let it fly.  I can take it.
 
We apparently *are* the stupidest state.
 
I only take consolation in the fact that the last time this happened, we voted them off the board and got some rational being on it instead.  We just have to be patient and hope that not too many kids' educations are damaged.
