The real question is the behavior of high school biology
teachers.
This gives them license to teach Creationism, but doesn't
require it.
If a local school board tried to discipline a teacher for giving
an informed opinion on just what the ID disclaimer is worth
scientifically I know of a number of organisations which would be
delighted to support the law suit.
