Who in the world are Al Cone, Donna Cone and Fred Keller????????????????
Here's an obit of Fred Keller from 1996

Check out the recent and near retirees in your department. There's bound
to be a (possibly closet) Kellerian among them. Is there someone who likes
to talk about students "mastering" the material, rather than becoming
merely "comepetent" in it? "Self-paced learning?" Or, more ominously, "The
Plan"? Then they are probably Kellerians.
Keller was Harvard-trained (1931) behaviorist who spent most of his career
at Columbia U. and focused on education.
As an aside, Keller was also a very funny guy - as was Skinner. For many
years, the closing banquet at the Association for Behavior Analysis (ABA)
convention would feature keynote speeches by Keller and Skinner (in that
order). Inevitably, these would turn into hilarious insult
exchanges. The ABA convention has never been quite the same since their
deaths.
