No, Bandura was Canadian, born and bred in Mundare,  a small town east of 
Edmonton (so small I never heard of it). Like current TIPSter Jean-Marc 
Perrault, he lived and worked for a time in the Yukon. He graduated from 
the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver.  However,  a biography 
says that he did a postdoc at the Wichita Guidance Centre. See:
