[obligatory patriotic Canadian correction] No, Bandura was Canadian, born and bred in Mundare, a small town east of Edmonton (so small I never heard of it). Like current TIPSter Jean-Marc Perrault, he lived and worked for a time in the Yukon. He graduated from the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver. However, a biography says that he did a postdoc at the Wichita Guidance Centre. See: http://www.des.emory.edu/mfp/bandurabio.html [obligatory Wizard of Oz reference] He's not in Kansas now.
