Nice Try. According to http://www.ship.edu/~cgboeree/bandura.html
Albert Bandura was born December 4, 1925, in the small town of Mundare in northern Alberta, Canada. He was educated in a small elementary school and high school in one, with minimal resources, yet a remarkable success rate. Wikipedia has him as a Canadian too. This brings back memories of Lovaas at KU in Lawrence who used electric shocks as a means of extinguishing behavior in autistic kids. Was Kansas the place where the term "behavioral engineering" emanated? I got my Masters from Wichita State and it appeared that there was lots of behavioral mod proponents and theorists in the KU-KSU area. I know that Albert Bandura is from that area.
