Hi

(e) live in a climate where, for much of the year, it takes you 20 minutes or 
more to bundle up to leave your home and actually visit a real person

(f) live so far north that there aren't enough light hours to venture outside 
and socialize (the "go to work and come home in the dark" syndrome)
