And on a related issue, you often hear that Homo sapiens is the most aggressive and murderous of species. I tell my animal behavior class that I can think of no other primate species in which you could have 40 adult, sexually mature individuals sitting in close quarters for 75 minutes without (at the very least) a half dozen serious assaults.
