Today's Boston Globe has a story about Phineas Gage and the newly discovered photo purportedly of Phineas. (Chris Green sent a link to the photo a few days ago.) The story offers little, if anything, new, except information on a closer examination of the photo and comparison with the skull that's housed at Harvard. (It seems that the instrument clutched by the man reads in part, "This is the bar that was show through the head of Mr. Phineas P.
