2 questions about intro. psych.

I never saw my first post so I'm not sure if it was posted. I have 2
questions intro. psych. students asked:

1) is it due to the glial cells or the blood brain barrier, that
chemotherapy cannot get into the brain, or that the brain cannot be
treated with chemo?

2) are left handers more likely to be dyslexic?
