Baddeley Memory Text

Has anyone used Essentials of Human Memory by Alan
Baddeley that could comment on student reaction?
I'm looking for a replacement for Ian Neath's
Human Memory. Neath's book is a very good
research-oriented review, but aimed at students
that are more advanced than the people in my
course.
