One of the problems that I have with those so called Course,Student or
Teacher evaluation forms is that the items do not assess if the student
has learned anything from the course.
Some of the items measure presentational and other course logistics,
but infrequently are there items on the extent of one's personal
learning from the course.
I make it a point to tell my students that I am interested in if they
are learning, not necessarily how well they are performing on tests.
Btw,is learning an intervening variable or a hypothetical construct?
