Thanks Mike for all the references.I do not think that Wikipedia was around
when I was an undergrad.
I find most of my Russian acquaintaces more intelligent than the everyday
American Joe-six pack.
They are also good at multitasking such as computer electronics,wood
working,and other tasks.They also speak excellent English when they do.From
my experience my best international students have been from Iceland and
Russia.
I find that it can create some animosity if I mention Alaska.The Uzbecs do
not seem to care for Barack(sp)-
the comedian .
And some Ukrainians have not heard of John Demjanuk.
