Did Pavlov really demonstrate those principles assocuated with
conditioning-generalization,extinction,discrimation and spontaneous
recovery? To what extent was he demonstrating a novel conditioning with
those different types of objects
or was he demonstrating stimulus generalization? I would imagine,assuming
some temporal parameters, some objects would be more effective than others.
Did he also use a xylophone?
