Maybe I'm misremembering, but isn't Google Desktop the tool that lets you index all of your own documents so that you can search for things quickly? When I try to install it on my new laptop, it ends up being something entirely different--instead it's a sidebar that lets me do web searching. What am I missing? Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
