That's what I get as well; blank space when I receive a message in HTML; none if in plain text. And I'd like to add a further complaint about HTML. When I reply to a message in HTML, I don't get those handy little arrow characters at the start of each line to indicate I'm quoting. I have to add them by hand, which is annoying. So why don't we turn off fancy-pants useless HTML when sending? On a related matter, I'd like to mention my admiration for David Epstein, who continues to use ancient Pine as a mailer (development on it stopped in 2006). Pine was once my friend but I reluctantly abandoned it for Pegasus, which I continue to use, although it is also a senior citizen among mailers. Still, they don't make 'em like they used to. Development on Pegasus stopped a few years ago, but I've just happily discovered that it's started up again. Stephen -------------------------------------------- Stephen L.
