As evidence of the character of the shooter and his mom comes to light,I am beginning to wonder if some of the ideas of Bruno could be of relevance here.Although Bruno's ideas of autism have been debunked,however,looking at the behavior of the shooter's mom,such as the lack of affect,isolation and withdrawal of attention,lack of meaningful supervision are the types of behaviors on the mom's part that could be contributive to the shooter's behavior.I would not agree that the mom was a "devouring witch" as Bruno hinted in The Empty Fortress.
