I do get TIPS through my College's webmail. I've not experienced systematic 
blocking but I did have a period when several messages came though - I got a 
message one day asking me if I'd like them blocked! I asked our, at that time 
new, IT person if they didn't realize that some topics that might appear on 
lists of iffy terms might have academic importance. He replied, "I hadn't even 
thought about it." Well, perhaps that'd be a good idea! :) Haven't had any 
problems since then- although recently the other list has been having some 
messages sent to our spam blocker. I'm waiting to hear why.
