I recently bought a TV episode from iTunes (a first). Coupled with TiVo Desktop Plus, my thinking was I'd be able to transfer this to the TiVo and watch it on the big TV. From the TiVo I was able to see the episode sitting on the PC and was able to transfer it over. However, when I play it all I get is a blank white screen and no audio. It would seem the conversion from iTunes mp4 format to TiVo format is failing somehow. Does anyone have any tips on how to debug this?
TiVo Desktop Plus is v2.6.1. Target TiVo for viewing is a Series 3. Thanks. - Jeff
