Is anyone else here using one of these? I've had one for over a year - maybe
two - and the physical connection from the network cable to the adapter has
always been touchy. Lately it has worked fine for many months after situating
the cable and adapter j u s t so and with the TiVo on a high shelf, but it gave
out a few days ago and I can't seem to get the link lights to stay on. I've
tried several cables, and looked at the adapter to make sure the contacts,
flip-up door, etc. are all in alignment.
Should I buy a new one, or are there others that someone could recommend?
Currently the links on TiVo's website for alternate Series2 wired adapters are
broken.
Alternately, does anyone out there have one they would part with for cheap?
